The Master's Programme has been designed to forge a link between academic establishments and industry, with the involvement of prestigious partner universities from around the world (see website).
Fhink aims to develop students from high-potential graduates into world class professionals working in an international Business Engineering environment, potentially in the areas of:
- Project Management
- Project Planning and Control
- Business Development

- Operation and Technology Management
- International Sales

The Master's Programme combines intensive learning with an internship in one of the Finmeccanica Group Operating Companies, totalling approx. 1500 hours of full-time learning and development activities.
Depending on student’s graduation scores and the skills they have acquired, Finmeccanica will offer them an opportunity within a Finmeccanica Group Company
Finmeccanica also offers financial support to cover tuition fees, accommodation and living expenses (see website).
The Master’s Programme will be taught in English and held in Rome (Italy)
It will start from October 2008 and end in October 2009.

Requirements for application and selection (see brochure on website)
To be eligible to apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- At least four years' university studies (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree (Hons.) plus a Master’s
Degree or Laurea Specialistica for Italian Candidates). Alternatively, candidates should have
a Bachelor’s Degree plus some relevant work experience
- Degree in one of the following areas:
- Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Aeronautics, Electrical or ICT);
- Economics and Business;
- Science (e.g. Physics, Mathematics).
- Most recent University Degree awarded within the past two years
- Proficiency in English; if English is the candidate’s first language, he/she must speak another language with a high level of competency
- Some previous work experience with a relevant company or Academic Institution and GMAT certification would be an asset.
