Account and Subscription Management

It is possible to change the password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" present in the Login box, where it is requested to add username and password. The system will generate a new password which will be sent directly to the email address associated to your account.
Click on "Forgot your password?" in the box of the Login page. The system will generate a new password which will be sent directly to the email address associated with the account.
If you inadvertently or intentionally delete your account in the platform, your profile and all posted and/or indexed adverts will be deleted.
IMPORTANT: We remind you that this action does not imply the automatic suspension of the subscription you have subscribed to.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@jobrapido.com at least 3 working days before the expiry date of subscription.


Adverts Management

Make sure that all the information is correctly entered in the section dedicated to the "Creation of your adverts". If you still have problems, please contact Jobrapido Support by filling out the form present in the "Write to Support"section or by sending an email to this email address: support@jobrapido.com.
When you "manually" submit your advert through the platform, it will be checked, validated and approved by our quality team within 24 working hours after submission.
When your job advert has been validated and approved by Jobrapido, and it is visible in your dashboard with the label "Published", the job advert is automatically live and sponsored in our search pages for the next 30 days.
Your posted advert is automatically live and sponsored in the Jobrapido search pages for 30 days. After 30 days the advert is no longer valid. If you wish to continue sponsoring the same advert, we suggest you to clone the expired advert within yuor dashboard.
We remind you that the number of the adverts live and sponsored is in accordance with the subscribed slots package
You can edit your advert within your dashboard by:
1) Cicking on the "Edit" button next to each individual advert;
2) Clicking on the title of the advert of your interest.
When an advert has the status as "Draft", it indicates that your job posting has not been forwarded to Jobrapido in order to be validated and then published.
You can proceed with its forwarding to Jobrapido whenever you need.
NOTE: Generally an advert is a "draft" when it is manually cloned. This step allows you to edit the content in a second step before the actual publication of the advert.
If the number of ads published exceeds the number of Slots provided for in your contract, Jobrapido will show live and sponsored only the ads that fall within the subscribed package.
In order to reactivate an inactive ad, you will need to clone it and then edit it. Afterwards, it will be validated and published by Jobrapido..
Yes, it is possible to clone an ad in the platform directly.
IMPORTANT: We inform you that Jobrapido continuously checks all the ads online, and if it will be considered as duplicates (with the same title, workplace and company name), tit will not been shown in our search page results. Therefore if you want to clone an announcement, the cloned announcement must have a new title, or a location different from the original one, or at least, the orginal advert needs to be inactive.
If an advert is not valid and does not pass the Jobrapido quality criteria, you will be contacted by email by the Support team who will give you instructions on how to proceed and write a valid advertisement.

Candidates Management

You will be able to download the CVs directly from the platform if your ads are linked to an email address. From the homepage of your Dashboard, next to the title of each ad, you will see a progressive and linkable number highlighted with the label "email", which, if clicked, redirects you to the section of your ATS in Jobrapido. In this section you will be able to see the details of the candidates and download the CV they have attached.
NOTE: If your advert is connected to an external link that redirects the candidate to an external page where it is possible to apply (an external apply page), in the Jobrapido dashboard you will be informed about the number of people who have clicked the link and have been redirected to that page. In this case, information about possible candidates will not be tracked.
1) If your advert is linked to an email address, you will receive applications directly to the specified email address, and, at the same time, you will also find them in Jobrapido platform within the related section.

2) If, on the other hand, your job posting is connected to an external link, the applications will not be available within the platform but directly stored in the database of the external.
